Life Choices is seeing an uptick in clients which is an amazing testimony of God’s faithfulness. We are so thankful to all of our donors for your support.
To cover these new costs, we ask you to commit to giving a $20 monthly donation. The $20 monthly donation from 25 people would cover the cost of rent and utilities for the year 2025. To sign up, please click on the button below.

Your purchase of the Choose Life license plate will include a tax-deductible $25 contribution each year to Choose Life WI, Inc. and its ongoing support of Wisconsin's Pregnancy Resource Centers.
